The Quality Control Council of the United States (“QCCUS”) is a coalition between the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry in the United States and Canada (“UA”) and the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers (“IBB”). The QCCUS was established to negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements for workers in the Quality Control and Non-Destructive Testing (“NDT”) industry. This Privacy Policy covers the collection and use of the data we collect and the information you provide while on the website.

This website was developed as a communication for our organization, the industry, and the general public. By filling out the Info Form, you agree and acknowledge that the information will be primarily shared with the QCCUS and employers signatory to collective bargaining agreements with the QCCUS, the IBB and/or the UA. The information may also be shared with the UA and IBB, and the QCCUS-affiliated Funds (The Non-Destructive Testing Communications and Productivity Fund and the Non-Destructive Evaluation Joint Training Fund).

By contacting us through our website you agree that any information or comments you provide may be shared among the QCCUS, the QCCUS-affiliated Funds, the Boilermakers, the UA, and their affiliated entities, and used without restriction to process requests and improve or market our services.

Personally identifiable information that we may collect through our site includes first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, union membership information, QCCUS ID Number, certification identification numbers, and employment-related information that is relevant to QCCUS’s purpose.
